No. nojili strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've lost access to your original account, please contact support — do not create a new one.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your nojili account instantly — usually within seconds. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times. Withdrawals

Log in to your nojili account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Your KYC must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, as part of our anti-money laundering controls.

Processing times vary by method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: 1–3 hours after approval
  • Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a certain multiple of your bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. No — bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money balance (deposits and non-bonus winnings) can always be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard processing times.
